All shipping and returns will be handled directly with our suppliers and vendors. Rudiment Procurement Group, will not be responsible for shipping and/or return fees. However, Rudiment Procurement Group will facilitate and partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure shipping and returns are processed amicably. Not all services can be "returned" i.e. (supply chain services); shipping and return policies will be agreed upon based on the contracting guidelines.
